- Access:From Tokyo by car:take Chuo Expressway to Okaya Jct., and get on Nagano Expressway, Matsumoto Turnoff(about 2hrs.30min).
From Matsumoto, R158 to Maekawado(30min.), turn left at Mt. Norikura and cross red colored bridge to Norikura Kogen(10min.) where numbered route begins. We are just before #14 sign.
